By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Quboid is a software studio based in Mumbai, India.

This is an informational and marketing site. Submitting a project brief or contacting us is an enquiry, not a binding order. Any work we take on is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, price and timeline — these terms do not create that agreement.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Copy, scrape or reuse the site's content or design without our permission.

The client login is for authorised clients only. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for activity that happens under your login. Tell us at support@quboid.in if you think your account has been misused.

The content, branding and design of this site belong to Quboid. Ownership of any work we build for you transfers to you as set out in your project agreement — this site's terms do not assign it.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it accurate and online but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and information here may change without notice.

To the extent allowed by law, Quboid is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The site may link to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
