Quboid is a software studio based in Mumbai, India. This policy explains how we handle information you share with us through this website. If you have any questions about it, email support@quboid.in.

We only collect information you choose to give us, or that is needed to run the site:

• Project brief: the name, email, and optional phone number, business, budget, timeline and requirement you enter in our brief form.
• Direct contact: whatever you send us when you reach out over WhatsApp or email.
• Client login: if you have an account, we use Google Sign-In, which shares your name, email address and profile photo with us so we can identify you.
• Basic technical data: standard server and analytics information such as pages visited, needed to keep the site working and secure.

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, scope and deliver work you have asked for, keep in touch about a project, and operate and secure the site. We do not use it for unrelated advertising.

Brief submissions and login accounts are stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication), which processes data on our behalf on Google Cloud infrastructure. These providers may store data outside India in line with their own security and privacy commitments.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site (such as Google Firebase and our email provider), and only where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond to you and to deliver and support any work, and after that only as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email support@quboid.in and we will action reasonable requests promptly.

We use only the cookies needed to run the site — chiefly to keep you signed in to the client area. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
